He has overseen the tripling of the Crown World workforce and the adoption of cutting-edge CAD/CAM technology. By building relationships with doctors and investing in more training for technicians, John has helped to build Crown World into a trusted partner for clinicians across the nation.

As the Call Center/Customer Service Manager for Crown World, Stephenie Blake brings 10 years of experience to our team, along with her passion for making sure you have a phenomenal experience. She looks at things from the perspective of our customers, and ensures the call center team is proactive, knowledgeable, and friendly. She’s always looking for ways to improve our service to our customers.
Ambrun has been working in the dental field for 6 years as a technical advisor and is now in charge of training Crown World customer service representatives and Field Technical Advisors (FTAs). Ambrun has carefully developed the comprehensive training curriculum that empowers our FTAs and service representatives with the right tools and knowledge to approach each case and call with confidence.
