Material / Strength
BruxZir Full-Strength Solid Zirconia
1,150 MPa
BruxZir Esthetic Solid Zirconia
870 MPa
IPS e.max
500 MPa
Clinical Zirconia
Frame: 1,150 MPa • Porcelain: 440 MPa
Obsidian Fused to Metal
397 MPa
Indication
Screw-retained crowns allow retrievability of the restoration if screw loosening occurs or if removal is needed. They also eliminate excess cement, reducing the risk of peri-implant inflammation and implant failure
Contraindications
Clinical Advantages
Gold-Tone Ti-Base Option
Inclusive® Ti-bases can be anodized to a gold tone to help mask the underlying titanium color and improve esthetics in thin tissue or anterior cases. Available for Inclusive Ti-bases only

What to Send
A screw-retained crown is a single-unit implant restoration designed to attach directly to the implant. The milled crown is bonded to a titanium base (Ti-base), which connects to the implant using a prosthetic screw.

Ti-Base available in 4.5mm and 6 mm heights.
All cases are carefully evaluated and reviewed prior to the fabrication of the implant restoration.
Indication
Screw-retained crowns allow retrievability of the restoration if screw loosening occurs or if removal is needed. They also eliminate excess cement, reducing the risk of peri-implant inflammation and implant failure.
Contraindications
Clinical Advantages
Retrievable for maintenance, hygiene access, soft-tissue evaluation, repair, or screw replacement without cutting the crown. Eliminates the risk of excess cement at the implant platform, which is particularly important for subgingival implant restorations.
Gold-Tone Ti-Base Option
Inclusive® Ti-bases can be anodized to a gold tone to help mask the underlying titanium color and improve esthetics in thin tissue or anterior cases. Available for Inclusive Ti-bases only.

Maximum Units / Bridge Design
There is no strict maximum number of units if the prosthetic design follows the BruxZir Rule of 27 for connector strength and sound biomechanical principles. Cantilevers should not exceed half of the anterior-posterior (A-P) implant spread, and Ti-bases are typically not the limiting factor when these guidelines are followed.
